Product Overview
This single-component reactive polyurethane (PUR) hot melt adhesive is developed for the automotive rear parcel shelf, also known as the coat rack, on trim production lines. Applied at elevated temperature and then cured by ambient moisture, it builds a tough elastomeric layer that anchors decorative fabric and foam onto the shelf board, resisting cabin heat, humidity and long-term vibration. The formulation keeps a stable viscosity through the shift and supports roller, dot and swirl coating for full, partial and point contact lamination.
