Cleaning Procedure
For spilled adhesive, wait until cooled to room temperature and gently scrape with razor blade. Uncured residue can be wiped with polyurethane-dissolving solvent. Clean equipment promptly to prevent clogging from water vapor exposure.
Curing Process
Curing speed depends on ambient temperature, humidity and substrate. Final strength typically achieved in 1-3 days. For optimal curing, store bonded products at 25°C and ≥50% relative humidity. Curing varies with adhesive film thickness and substrate permeability.
