Product Overview
This one-component reactive polyurethane (PUR) hot melt adhesive is designed for automotive roof headliner and ceiling assembly. Its short open time and fast moisture curing suit high-speed lamination lines, bonding decorative fabric and nonwoven to PU foam and substrate without solvent release. After curing it forms a flexible, high strength bond with excellent heat, aging and vibration resistance, keeping the headliner flat, wrinkle-free and durable throughout the vehicle lifetime.
