Product Overview
This one-component reactive polyurethane (PUR) hot melt adhesive is engineered for automotive interior trim production. Unlike solvent based adhesives it contains no volatile organic compounds (VOC-free) and cures through a reaction with ambient moisture to form a strong, durable, elastomeric bond. It delivers high initial and final bond strength, excellent aging, vibration and weathering resistance, making it ideal for laminating decorative fabric, PVC skin and foam onto dashboard, door panel and other interior parts. The adhesive allows full, partial and point contact bonding and is compatible with plastic, metal and textile substrates.
