1. The surface should be clean, dry and free of solvent or grease. Low surface/environment temperature may cause early adhesive condensation.
2. Operate above 130°C with 1-3 kg pressure to the substrate for 10-20 seconds to complete the bonding.
3. After bonding, final strength is achieved after complete crystallization at room temperature (25°C).
