Product Description
This high-performance copolyester-based hot melt adhesive is specially formulated for toe puff bonding and positioning during footwear manufacturing. The granules are designed for excellent shape retention, quick curing, and low odor emission, making them ideal for both manual and automated shoe assembly lines.
With good thermal stability and strong adhesion to synthetic and natural materials (such as fabric, nonwoven, leather, and toe puff stiffeners), these granules ensure precise toe cap forming and long-lasting fixation. Their optimized flow characteristics allow for consistent and clean application with minimal stringing or smoke.

Direction Of Use
- The surface should be clean, dry and free from solvent or grease. Low surface/environment temperature of the substrate may cause early adhesive condensation, open time shortening and even adhesive falling off. If necessary, preheat the adhesive.
- Operate above 200℃ with 1-3 MPa pressure to the substrate for 10-20 seconds to complete the bonding.
- After bonding, it will achieve the final strength after complete crystallization at room temperature 25℃.
