JCC PES Powder Glue is a copolyester-based hot melt adhesive in powder form, specially developed for bonding fabric interlinings in the textile and garment industry. It is widely used in applications such as collars, cuffs, waistbands, suit fronts, and other structured garment components, providing strong adhesion, excellent wash resistance, and good flexibility.
Designed for heat press lamination, this powder glue ensures high bond strength between interlining and outer fabrics while maintaining the fabric's natural drape and softness.

Direction Of Use
- The surface should be clean, dry and no solvent or grease. Low surface/environment temperature of the substrate may cause early adhesive condensation, open time shortening and even adhesive falling off. If necessary, preheat the adhesive.
- To operate above 130℃ with 1-3 kg pressure to the substrate for 10-20 seconds to complete the bonding.
- After bonding, it will achieve the final strength after complete crystallization at room temperature 25℃
