Product Description
Film-grade PES polymer pellets are high-purity, engineering-grade thermoplastic resins specifically formulated for manufacturing precision membranes. These pellets exhibit exceptional chemical resistance, thermal stability, and mechanical strength.
Typical Processing Conditions
- Pressing temperature: 130°C - 150°C
- Pressure: 1.0 - 3.0 MPa
- Time: 10 - 15 seconds
- Cooling: 5 - 10 seconds on a cold press table to stabilize bonding
