JCC PES Granule is a high-performance copolyester-based hot melt adhesive specially engineered for automotive filter manufacturing. Direction Of Use
- The surface should be clean, dry and free of solvent or grease. Low surface/environment temperature of the substrate may cause early adhesive condensation, open time shortening and even adhesive falling off. If necessary, preheat the adhesive.
- Operate above 140℃ with 1-3 kg pressure to the substrate for 10-20 seconds to complete the bonding.
- After bonding, it will achieve the final strength after complete crystallization at room temperature 25℃.
