The JCC-PES Series is a versatile range of thermoplastic copolyesters available in both granule and powder forms, with various particle sizes to suit different processing requirements. This series includes both hot melt and solvent-based grades, making it adaptable to a wide spectrum of manufacturing needs.

Typical Processing Conditions
  • Pressing temperature: 130°C - 150°C
  • Pressure: 1.0 - 3.0 MPa
  • Time: 10 - 15 seconds
  • Cooling: 5 - 10 seconds on a cold press table to stabilize bonding
