EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) web hot melt adhesive is a non-woven mesh adhesive sheet that melts upon heating, creating strong and flexible bonds between materials. It is solvent-free, clean to handle, and easy to process in automotive interior production.

Manufacturing Process
  1. Pre-cut layers: face fabric, foam, core.
  2. Layup: fabric / EVA web / foam → heated nip (set for ~130-145 °C bondline, 8-12 s).
  3. Second lamination: laminate to core with PO web (slightly higher temp if PP core).
  4. Cool & trim: maintain light pressure on exit; die-cut openings (mirror, lamp).
  5. Edge wrapping & final forming: localized heating for turns; press in jig.
  6. Integration: mirror module, wiring, clips; functional checks.
