Some EVA grades bond well directly to PP, but for best results (especially for high-temperature stability), a polyolefin web or surface treatment may be recommended for the foam-to-core layer.
It offers soft hand feel, good breathability, strong adhesion to foam, fabrics, and PP cores, plus resistance to temperature changes inside the vehicle. The web form also prevents visible glue lines or stiffness in laminated parts.
