JCC EVA Web Adhesive EVA Hot Melt Glue
Product Overview

JCC-W88 is a hot melt adhesive web with polyolefin copolymer as the base material. It can be heated and compounded at lower temperatures and is suitable for bonding difficult-to-stick fabrics such as PP substrates. The adhesive web features low odor, low VOC, and excellent aging resistance.

Applications

Ideal for bonding and laminating textiles, paper, leather, metal, and polymer materials. Particularly effective for difficult-to-stick materials such as PP and PE substrates.

Usage Guidelines
  • Requires hot pressing for bonding
  • For thin flexible materials: Stack materials with adhesive film between, press at 120℃/0.2 Mpa for 12 seconds
  • For thick rigid materials: Bake with adhesive at 120℃ until melted, then bond
  • For thin rigid materials: Can be pressed with flat ironing machine
