This Automotive Grade PES Hot Melt Adhesive Web is a copolyester web adhesive specially developed for automotive interior lamination of car headliners and seat fabrics. Formulated with polyester chemistry identical to polyester-based interior substrates, this adhesive web creates a mono-material polyester composite after hot pressing. When the vehicle reaches end-of-life, the entire laminated assembly can be recycled together in the polyester recycling stream, without peeling, sorting or separating the adhesive web from fabrics, PET foam or polyester felt. It fully supports OEM and Tier1 to meet EU ELV end-of-life vehicle recyclability requirements.

It is a solvent-free thermal bonding mesh with soft texture and no hard particles. Bonding is achieved purely by heat and pressure.
