This product is a 100% solid content, one-component system, which requires no solvents or additional mixing during application, making it easy to use and environmentally friendly. After being heated and melted, JCC-5040D provides rapid initial bonding strength. Upon cooling, it undergoes a secondary cross-linking reaction with moisture in the air or on the substrate surface, further enhancing structural strength and long-term stability.
