This high-wash copolyamide (PA) powder is made for dense rhinestone and stud decoration on denim, twill and canvas. The crystalline grain melts at 140-160°C and forms a tough, abrasion-resistant bond that keeps heavy stones in place through stone washing and industrial laundering.

With a 50-120 micron cut, the powder fills the deep setting of larger stones and gives a strong, gap-free hold without leaving a stiff plate on the garment.

Specifications

Application Notes

1. Coat the motif or stone backs evenly, then tap off excess powder.
2. Press at 140-160°C for 15-25 seconds with firm pressure.
3. Let the panel cool before removing the carrier for the cleanest hold.
4. Trial on the actual denim weight to confirm the press setting.

Packing & Storage

Supplied in 5 kg and 20 kg moisture-barrier bags. Store sealed and dry below 30°C; shelf life about 24 months. Keep bags closed because the powder absorbs moisture.
