This copolyamide (PA) hot melt powder is engineered for decorating stretch garments with rhinestones, studs and motifs. Its fine 0-80 micron grain and 110-130°C activation window let the stones set before the knit is scorched, so cotton jersey, polyester spandex and viscose blends keep their stretch and softness after pressing.
Unlike brittle high-melt powders, the cured bond flexes with the garment instead of cracking at the stone edge, which keeps the decoration secure through repeated stretching and washing.

How to Apply
- Dust the powder evenly over the motif film or the stone backing.
- Press at 110-130°C for 8-15 seconds under light pressure.
- Cool fully before peeling the carrier film so the grain sets cleanly.
- Test a scrap of the same knit to fine-tune dwell time.
Packing & Storage
Available in 1 kg, 5 kg and 20 kg moisture-barrier bags. Keep sealed in a dry room below 30°C; shelf life is about 24 months. Reseal opened bags promptly.
FAQ
Will it damage elastic fabric?
No. The low melt range is chosen so the powder flows below the temperature that harms spandex and fine knits.
