JCC-PES Low Temperature PES Granules for Foam and Mattress Bonding Polyurethane foam collapses above 115 C, and once it collapses the lamination is scrap. This grade was developed for converters who cannot afford that risk: the pellets liquefy between 95 and 105 C, wet out foam skins quickly, and set before the foam can deform. Foam tear, not adhesive peel, is the normal failure mode, which is exactly what a mattress or seat cushion bond should deliver. At a Glance Activation
