PA Hot Melt Adhesive Pellets Thermoplastic Copolyamide Granules for Melt Spinning Fiber Applications

Thermoplastic copolyamide (PA) hot melt adhesive pellets produced for melt spinning processes. The pellets are supplied in a controlled viscosity grade so that the polymer melts evenly in the extruder, filters cleanly and spins into continuous filaments without breaks, dye lines or gel spots. The grade is suitable for monofilament, multifilament and bonding fiber lines used in apparel interlining, filtration media and technical textiles.

• Consistent Pellet Geometry: Uniform 2-3 mm pellets feed steadily, melt at an even rate and keep pressure stable along the extruder, which reduces filament breakage during long production runs.
• Controlled Melt Viscosity: A narrow viscosity window keeps the polymer flow predictable at the spin head, so denier and tensile strength stay within specification from lot to lot.
• Low Gel and Impurity Level: Melt filtration and pelletizing control remove gels and foreign particles that would otherwise create dye lines or filter pressure build up in the spinning pack.
• Thermal Stability: The copolyamide backbone resists yellowing and viscosity drift at 190-230 °C, extending pack life and reducing cleaning downtime.
• Solvent Free Bonding: As a 100 percent solid hot melt, the product contains no solvents or VOCs and needs no drying oven in the downstream bonding step.
• Lot Traceability: Every batch is delivered with softening point, viscosity, MFR and moisture data so incoming quality control can be completed quickly.

Pellets are packed in 25 kg net paper bags with a PE inner liner, stacked and palletized for export. Standard loading is 18 tonnes per 20GP container. Shelf life is 24 months when stored dry below 30 °C in unopened original packaging.
