Product Description
JCC PA Granule is a premium thermoplastic copolyamide (PA)-based hot melt adhesive specially engineered for manufacturing hot melt yarns (also known as fusible yarns or adhesive threads). Designed for superior bonding strength, flexibility, and heat resistance, it ensures reliable adhesion in textile bonding, seam sealing, and technical fabric applications.

Direction Of Use
- The surface should be clean, dry and free from solvent or grease. Low surface/environment temperature of the substrate may cause early adhesive condensation, open time shortening and even adhesive falling off. If necessary, preheat the adhesive.
- Operate above 140°C with 1-3 kg pressure to the substrate for 10-20 seconds to complete the bonding.
- After bonding, it will achieve the final strength after complete crystallization at room temperature (25°C).
