Virgin Copolyamide (CoPA) pellets are thermoplastic hot melt adhesive resin specially developed as raw material for fusible hot melt filament manufacturing. Made of 100% virgin polymer without recycled impurities, the granules feature consistent melt flow rate, uniform particle geometry and outstanding thermal stability during long continuous extrusion spinning.
Customers feed these CoPA pellets into filament spinning machines to extrude fusible hot melt filament. The produced hot melt filament will melt under heat and pressure to bond various fabrics and substrates, replacing liquid glue and stitching processes. This solvent-free adhesive resin is widely adopted by filament manufacturers across textile and automotive industries.

Direction Of Use
- The surface should be clean, dry and free from solvent or grease. Low surface/environment temperature of the substrate may cause early adhesive condensation, open time shortening and even adhesive falling off. If necessary, preheat the adhesive.
- Operate above 140°C with 1-3 kg pressure to the substrate for 10-20 seconds to complete the bonding.
- After bonding, it will achieve the final strength after complete crystallization at room temperature (25°C).
