  • Suitable for manual or automated hot-melt processing
Performance Benefits
  • Provides uniform adhesive coverage
  • Prevents delamination in shoe components
  • Maintains durability under repeated bending and heat
  • Compatible with high-speed shoe production lines
Directions for Use
  1. The surface should be clean, dry and free of solvent or grease. Low surface/environment temperature of the substrate may cause early adhesive condensation, open time shortening and even adhesive falling off. If necessary, preheat the adhesive.
  2. Operate above 110℃ with 1-3 kg pressure to the substrate for 10-20 seconds to complete the bonding.
  3. After bonding, it will achieve the final strength after complete crystallization at room temperature (25℃).
Frequently Asked Questions
What is shoe interlining adhesive powder?

Shoe interlining adhesive powder is a hot-melt powder adhesive used for bonding interlining materials in footwear. It is typically made from modified polyamide (PA) or other polymer materials. When heated, it melts and securely bonds the interlining to the shoe upper, sole, or other shoe components.

Which interlining materials are compatible?
  • Textile interlining
  • Leather, PU leather, synthetic leather
  • Nonwoven and composite interlining materials
Are there any requirements for shoe materials?
  • Suitable for most shoe interlining and upper materials
  • For heat-sensitive materials, control the heating temperature to avoid scorching or deformation
