This automotive-grade copolyester PES hot melt adhesive pellet is specially optimized for roller coater lamination of automotive carpet. The natural white pellets feature stable melt viscosity and outstanding wetting performance, supporting ultra-thin and uniform coating without roller clogging. It delivers reliable bonding between PET carpet face fabric and polyester nonwoven backing. With excellent resistance to heat, humidity aging and plasticizer migration, the flexible adhesive layer remains intact against delamination, blistering and cracking under cyclic temperature change and vibration inside vehicles. It is solvent-free, low VOC and low odor, fully compliant with automotive interior standards, and we can provide PPAP, IMDS, VOC test reports and IATF 16949 supporting documents for customer qualification and mass production.

Direction Of Use
- The surface should be clean, dry and free from solvent or grease. Low surface/environment temperature of the substrate may cause early adhesive condensation, open time shortening and even adhesive falling off. If necessary, preheat the adhesive.
- Operate above 130°C with 1-3 kg pressure to the substrate for 10-20 seconds to complete the bonding.
- After bonding, it will achieve the final strength after complete crystallization at room temperature (25°C).
