This Copolyester PES hot melt glue granule is specially developed for auto carpet composite bonding, optimized for roller coater processing to achieve ultra‑thin, consistent coating. The natural white pellets feature stable melt viscosity and excellent wetting performance, avoiding roller clogging during continuous production. It delivers reliable adhesion between PET carpet face fabric and polyester nonwoven backing. With good resistance to heat, humidity aging and plasticizer migration, the adhesive layer stays flexible and prevents delamination or blistering under cyclic temperature and vibration inside vehicles. Being solvent‑free, low‑VOC and low‑odor, it meets automotive interior environmental requirements and supports high‑speed automated lamination lines for stable, efficient manufacturing.

Direction Of Use
- The surface should be clean, dry and free from solvent or grease. Low surface/environment temperature of the substrate may cause early adhesive condensation, open time shortening and even adhesive falling off. If necessary, preheat the adhesive.
- Operate above 130°C with 1-3 kg pressure to the substrate for 10-20 seconds to complete the bonding.
- After bonding, it will achieve the final strength after complete crystallization at room temperature (25°C).
