TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) hot melt adhesive powder is a heat-activated bonding material used in DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing and textile heat-transfer applications. It melts during the curing process and bonds the printed film securely onto fabric.fabrics.

- Key Characteristics:
- Temperature Resistance: Stable between -50°C to 180°C
- Waterproof & Wash-Resistant: Withstands >60°C machine washes
- Elasticity: Maintains fabric stretch without cracking (e.g., 1:3 stretch ratio)
- Rapid Curing: Dries in 10-15 seconds at 110°C-130°C
