Introduction

Copolyester Hot Melt Adhesive Film for Reflective Safety Materials

Copolyester Hot Melt Adhesive Film is a thermoplastic adhesive film made from copolyester (PES). When heated and pressed, it melts and bonds reflective materials to various base fabrics, coated textiles, leather, or composite substrates.
This adhesive film is solvent-free, odorless, highly transparent, and suitable for the lamination of high-visibility reflective webbing, glass bead reflective fabrics, and reflective safety garments.

Bonding Process (Typical)

  1. Position the PES glue film between the reflective fabric and base fabric.
  2. Use a heat press or lamination machine at 130–150°C.
  3. Apply pressure for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Allow to cool before handling.
