JCC WSD5001J is a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA) specially formulated for the construction and lamination of disposable adult incontinence underpads. It delivers strong, consistent bonding between nonwoven topsheet, tissue layers, SAP absorbent core and PE film backsheet, ensuring the multi-layer structure stays intact during use and removal.
Engineered for high-speed production lines, WSD5001J offers excellent wetting, fast setting and low stringing, which keeps converting machines running smoothly with minimal downtime and waste.
