This HMPSA is formulated using carefully selected base polymers, tackifying resins, and stabilizers to ensure a balanced combination of tack, cohesion, and thermal stability. It is designed to provide instant adhesion upon application while maintaining flexibility after cooling, making it suitable for complex multi-layer hygiene structures.

Unlike solvent-based adhesives, hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive contains 100% solid content, which eliminates solvent emissions and improves production safety and environmental performance.

  • Construction Bonding (Structural Lamination): Ensures strong, permanent lamination between non-woven fabric, absorbent core (SAP/fluff pulp), and breathable PE backsheets without compromising product softness or flexibility.
