JCC PES Hot Melt Adhesive Strips are high-performance polyester-based glue specifically designed for toe-puff bonding applications in the footwear industry. Developed by JCC, these adhesive strips offer strong adhesion, excellent durability, and heat-activated performance, making them ideal for bonding components such as toe-puffs and counters to upper materials.
The product ensures firm structure, shape retention, and resistance to deformation under stress and heat, contributing to high-quality shoe manufacturing.
Applied on toe lasting machine for attaching the toe part of the shoe.

Hot melt adhesive is non-hazardous goods and should be handled with care during transportation. Prevent from sunshine, rain, heat and heavy pressure. Iron hook hoisting is prohibited in loading and unloading for intact packaging. Store in a cool, ventilated, dry place with temperature of 0-30℃ (humidity ≤70% RH), keep away from high temperature and the pile height should not exceed 3 layers. Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.
These are adhesive strips typically made from PES (polyester) hot melt glue, specially designed for toe-puff and heel counter bonding during the shoe manufacturing process. They are used to bond components like toe-puff paper or counter stiffeners to upper materials.
The primary material is polyester-based hot melt adhesive (PES), known for its thermoplasticity, flexibility, and heat resistance, making it suitable for bonding leather, fabric, synthetic leather, and other upper materials.
They are widely used in the toe-puff or heel counter forming processes of various footwear, including:
