It is specially designed for automotive interior lamination. It is widely used for the composite bonding of car headliners, sun visors, car seats, door interior panels, armrests, automotive leather, fabrics, sponges and non-woven fabrics.
The film melts at a specific temperature, flows between the surfaces to be bonded, and solidifies upon cooling to form a strong adhesive layer, ensuring a secure bond between heating elements and materials like leather or foam.
It bonds multiple materials perfectly, including fabric, PU/PVC leather, sponge, fiber cotton, non-woven fabric, PP, ABS and other interior plastic substrates.
