JCC PES Hot Melt Adhesive Strips are high-performance polyester-based glue specifically designed for toe-puff bonding applications in the footwear industry. These adhesive strips offer strong adhesion, excellent durability, and heat-activated performance, making them ideal for bonding components such as toe-puffs and counters to upper materials.

Applied on toe lasting machine for attaching the toe part of the shoe. Widely used in various footwear manufacturing including:

Store in a cool, ventilated, dry place with temperature of 0-30℃ (humidity ≤70% RH). Keep away from high temperature and limit pile height to 3 layers. Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.
Hot melt adhesive is non-hazardous goods. Prevent from sunshine, rain, heat and heavy pressure during transportation. Iron hook hoisting is prohibited to maintain packaging integrity.
