TPU film is increasingly used in automotive seat air bladder systems due to its excellent mechanical properties and chemical resistance. Unlike traditional materials, TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) film offers high flexibility, puncture resistance, and air-tight sealing, which are critical for consistent inflation and deflation cycles in seat lumbar support and massage functions. Additionally, TPU film maintains performance across a wide temperature range and resists oils and sweat, ensuring long-term durability and passenger comfort in modern vehicle interiors.

TPU film is a non-hazardous item and should be handled with care during transportation. Avoid exposure to sunlight, rain, heat, or heavy pressure. Do not use hooks during loading and unloading to protect the packaging. The product must be stored in a cool, well-ventilated, dry place, protected from sunlight, rain, and high temperatures. Stacking height should not exceed three layers. The storage environment should be between 0°C and 30°C in a cool, dry place (humidity ≤ 70% RH).
