Process Flow
→ Preheating the foam (30–50 °C)
→ PUR hot melt adhesive application (roller, spray, or slot coating)
→ Placement of leather or fabric
→ Pressing and shaping
→ Cooling and initial processing
→ Moisture curing (final strength reached after approx. 24 hours)
